Members participate per opportunity rather than committing to a blind pool. Each investment is structured through a dedicated SPV with disclosed economics. Curated allocations are sent to our network as they open — typically a handful per quarter — at terms that match each member's standing in the program.
Membership determines allocation priority and the terms on which a member participates. Standing is established through conversation, not at sign-up.
