How a paid membership renews, and how to cancel it.
The membership
Membership with Ga^3in Ventures LLC ("Ga^3in VC") gives you access to curated allocations, early access windows, and your tier's terms on every vehicle. The membership fee is not an investment and buys no securities. Every investment runs through the subscription documents for that vehicle, one company per vehicle, which you sign per deal.
Automatic renewal
A membership bought by card through our secure checkout is a yearly subscription. It renews automatically every year, at the annual fee shown at checkout, until you cancel. Each renewal is charged to your card on file on your renewal date.
We email you a reminder about 30 days before every renewal. If the fee ever changes, we tell you before the renewal it applies to, so you can cancel first.
How to cancel
You can cancel at any time before your renewal date, in whichever way is easiest:
- Cancel it yourself on our secure billing page: enter the email on your membership and you get a sign-in link.
- Reply to your renewal reminder.
- Write to from the email address on your membership.
Cancelling stops the next renewal. The year you already paid for stays active until its end date, and nothing further is charged.
Memberships paid by invoice
A membership paid by invoice or wire never renews automatically. Before your renewal date we send a new invoice, and the membership continues once it is paid. If you do not want to renew, just let us know or leave the invoice unpaid.
