Selecting a tier takes you to secure checkout for the annual membership. SPV participation always runs through formal subscription documents, one company per vehicle. Anchor standing is confirmed personally before any payment.

What happens after I select a tier?
You go straight to secure checkout for the annual membership (LP Access and Lead LP). Once payment clears, we confirm by email within 2 business days with your onboarding details. Anchor LP works differently: your request goes to the GP, who confirms standing and terms personally before any payment.
What does the annual fee cover, and is it an investment?
The fee covers membership access: curated deal flow, early access windows, and your tier's terms on every vehicle. It is not an investment and buys no securities. Actual investments always run through formal subscription documents, one company per vehicle, which you sign per deal.
How do I actually invest in a deal?
Open deals appear on this page and arrive by email. Each one links to our SPV platform (allocations.com), where you complete onboarding once: identity, accreditation, and payment details. After that, joining a vehicle is reviewing the deal terms and signing the subscription documents online. Wires go to the SPV's account, never to us directly.
Do I need to be an accredited investor?
Yes. Accreditation is verified during onboarding through a standard third-party service (or the equivalent classification in your jurisdiction). Verification is usually a one-time step and takes a few minutes with a letter from your CPA, attorney, or broker.
Can I change my tier later?

How does the investor webinar perk work?
Lead and Anchor LPs can present their own project or SPV raise to our investor base in a hosted webinar, once per quarter. Every webinar is subject to our approval on topic and timing; write to us with a short outline and we'll schedule it.
